Carefully check the corners, edges, and seals of the packaging box for any obvious signs of impact, dents, or tears. If the outer box is severely damaged, the console inside might also be affected.

## II. Open the Package
### 2.1 Check for Scratches

- Check if the console body, screen, and controllers have any scratches.

### 2.2 Check if the Controller Lights Up

- It's normal for the indicator light not to illuminate after pressing the controller buttons.

### 3.1 Verify Console Serial Number

### 3.2 Verify Both Controller Serial Numbers
